RSA worked closely with the Architects and Landscape Architect to accomplish conversion of the historic Greystone Cellars to the Culinary Institute of America's Advanced Training Center.

We paid special attention to wastewater generation and wastewater treatment, quantity of City water to be used, need for extension of utilities, traffic improvements and related issues.

The project was completed in an extremely short time frame to aid the Client in determining the project feasibility.
