This project involved the development of approximately 125-acres of land within the City of Fairfield, known originally as the City of Fairfield Planned Employment Center, and more commonly referred to as Green Valley Corporate Park. RSA was instrumental in coordinating the extensive planning required for the entire Corporate Park. This project included design of large triple pipe storm drains and a detention facility. It also included an 'arterial street' Business Center Drive nearly 4,500 feet in length. The site is bounded by Suisun Valley Road to the east, Nietzel Road to the south, Green Valley Road to the west and Mangels Boulevard to the north.
