Riechers Spence & Associates provided use permit & construction drawings for construction of one of the largest warehouses in Napa County.
Creating the single level pad for the warehouse and providing a storm drain system that extended the length of the property while keeping the pipe below grade was a challenge, as well as the design required careful attention to the pipe elevation with respect to the thick pavement section and desired pipe cover.
RSA coordinated with the architect to make certain that the proposed structure would not conflict with Airspace easements or Airport Land Use zone since the property was so close to the airport.
