Kandy Business Park is a multi-use business park with site improvements for two office buildings.
RSA's responsibilities for this project included preparation of grading and drainage plans, utility plans, dimensioned layout plan and erosion control plans. Also included were handicapped accessibility assurance and construction assistance.
