Napa Valley Gateway is a 386-acre business park adjacent to the Napa County Airport. RSA worked closely with Smith & Smith on the preparation of the conceptual design and subsequent working drawings.
The project required extensive coordination with County departments, LAFCOM, local sanitation and water districts, California Department of Fish & Game and CalTrans.
RSA prepared all Tentative Maps, Final Maps, and site construction plans and handled all site construction bidding, construction coordination and observation. Napa Valley Gateway has received positive reviews from various public agencies, buyers and potential buyers.
