The Santen Corporation office and manufacturing facility represents Phase I of the large Napa Valley Gateway corporate campus project. The initial building was approximately 40,000 sq. ft. and was designed to house the administration offices for a Japanese ophthalmologic/pharmaceutical company. We worked with Valley Architects to develop a Master Plan with balanced grading and coordinated utility layout.
