Seguin Moreau Cooperage is located on State Highway 29 at the southern gateway to Napa County. This high profile project offered several challenges. Both the Owner and the County emphasized the importance of the project's appearance from the State Highway. The French Owner, however, needed a primarily utilitarian manufacturing facility and faced tight budget constraints. RSA worked within both parameters and prepared site topographic mapping and site construction plans, which successfully achieved both objectives. RSA was also closely involved in the project construction.
