This 43,000 sq. ft. office condominium interfaces with residential lots on two sides and vineyard on a third side. Due to its prominent location and size, this is a high profile office-building project that required extensive involvement on our part to facilitate an inexperienced owner/builder through the maze of bureaucratic requirements. The project was an infill requiring a 3,000 ft. storm drain extension to the Napa River through existing streets and vineyard. An existing house and several Oak trees on the property gave the project further complexity.
