Recently completed, The Lloyd Wolfe Center will provide needs-assessment and treatment services for youth between the ages of 12 and 18, along with treatment, education and support for their families.
The separation between the existing water main and storm drain line prohibited the connection of the building water services to the existing water main. We solved the conflict by moving a portion of the existing water main away from the storm drain system to make room for all the connections. Lowering the existing water main was also considered as a solution, but the horizontal re-alignment is more cost-effective. We provided use permit processing which included site plan and preliminary grading and utility plan preparation, preparation and processing of construction documents through the City of Napa, and construction engineering services including construction observations and staking.
