Riechers Spence & Associates was responsible for site design, including approximately 2 miles of residential access road, for this high-end residence located on Arnold Drive near Sonoma. The owners' main goal was to create a new road to feel as if it had always existed there. This was achieved by carefully choosing the alignment through the hilly terrain
We were also responsible for the permit processing with Sonoma County to obtain the grading permit and the Department of Fish and Game to obtain a streambed alteration permit for a tributary to Rogers Creek.
