Overlooking acres of vineyard located on a hillside in the beautiful Spring Valley this residence is placed on one of the most beautiful spots in the Napa Valley.
Riechers Spence & Associates was responsible for site design, access drive layout and the septic system for this high-end residence located on Taplin Road in St. Helena neighboring a well-known winery.
One of the main challenges of this project was the location of the building at a steep hillside, which required the construction of a 16-foot tall retaining wall at the motor court garage and several smaller retaining walls throughout the site.
