A trip to Napa is incomplete without a ride on the Napa Valley Wine Train. RSA provided leadership for the design portion of this Napa Valley Icon. Our services were to hire the structural, architect, kitchen consultants, mechanical, and electrical. This interesting project demonstrates how we can provide an array of services beyond what would typically be anticipated.
When the owners found the need for a new state-of-the-art commissary for food preparation, they turned to us to provide a two-story braced steel structure with loading docks and a train platform.
The structure is an example of cost-effective building designs that are common in the building industry. Such structures are constructed routinely for warehouses, storage facilities and light industrial applications.
