Riechers Spence & Associates provided lot line adjustments, floodway analysis, right-of-way abandonment, Use Permit drawings, and construction drawings.
We designed a grading plan for the parking lot to reduce the existing blockage to the floodway flows to mitigate from the additional blockage from the construction of the hotel on a pad about the Napa River Base Flood Elevation.
Coordination was required with the City of Napa, Napa Sanitation, and San Francisco Regional Water Quality Control Board.
