Gatti Park is adjacent to the Stratford Place subdivision that we are assisting in designing as well. The plan for Gatti Park includes sports field and playground design, as well as open space, paths for walking and beautiful landscape design by Gretchen Stranzl McCann.
RSA is responsible for the civil improvement and planning portion of all phases of site development, including conceptual layout, design development, and Improvement Plan preparation. Plans include grading and drainage, utility layout and design, and erosion control applications.
