This 6.9 acre site in Bay Point was developed into 69 single family residential lots. The project was a planned development in cooperation with the Contra Costa County Redevelopment Agency. Therefore, we worked closely with the client, architect and County Redevelopment Agency and Public Works during design and plan preparation. Other agencies involved included the Delta Diablo Sanitation District, Cal Cities Water and Contra Costa County Fire Protection District.
