This detached single-family cluster home development was the first of its kind in Napa. We worked closely with Sandy & Babcock regarding site issues and worked intensely with Public Works on perimeter issues.
A significant amount of time was spent aligning roads and intersections to save a specimen Oak tree. It was also essential to work with the City to respect the riparian area along the creek and to maintain setbacks for creek erosion, while maximizing site usability. The project is a testament to our ability to put all the pieces together with the builder and the architectural team to create a "win-win" environment for everyone concerned.
