RSA has been responsible for principal design and coordination of approvals for the 309-unit subdivision being developed in Fairfield. Work performed includes the following:

  • Conceptual Planning
  • Master plans for the proposed storm drain
  • Sewer and Water System Design
  • Extensive floodway and floodplain analyses
  • Processing & obtaining approvals through FEMA
  • Final Maps
  • Grading, Drainage & Utility Plans
  • Coordination of surveys

RSA was involved in the design from the inception of the project and has been instrumental in obtaining project approvals. With regards to the storm drain master plan and floodway analyses, we worked closely with neighbors and City officials to assure that the proposed improvements did not adversely affect the surrounding FEMA properties.
