RSA provided Improvement Plans and Final Maps of a 216-lot subdivision in three phases, a series of storm water detention ponds, a park, a lot for a future senior housing site, street widening of Frates Road and constructing a sound wall along Lakeville Highway.

A tight time line meant we had to work in tandem to prepare the civil plans and Hydrology/Hydraulic Report, and design constraints required numerous interactions on the pond design and routing. The runoff routing required us to look at alternative solutions to maximize discharge while meeting project and agency conditions. The detention pond area, which amounted to approximately 4 acres, doubles as an open space park area with access paths and landscaping.
