Stratford Place is 92-lot subdivision consisting of 46 single-family home sites and 46 town home sites located in Petaluma, California. We also provided services for the adjacent Gatti Park.
RSA is responsible for the civil improvement and planning portion of all phases of site development, including conceptual layout, design development, tentative man and Improvement Plan preparation.
Plans include grading and drainage of parcels, roadways and park sites, utility layout and design for streets and servicing of parcels and erosion control.
