Riechers Spence & Associates was retained to assist in the construction of a septic system for Colgin Winery. Since this winery is situated on the edge of a very steep drop off this was no small task. We had very few options when it came to the installation of the septic system, and had to place it nearly a mile from the winery.
RSA put in a tall stackable retaining wall that reduced the construction costs of the project by approximately $40,000.00.
