Riechers Spence took this project over from another engineering firm, seamlessly stepping in and getting the project back on track.
RSA was asked to design all services for the winery, from septic to drainage and erosion control of the vineyards.
A great challenge was to obtain an erosion control permit to clear and plant the vineyard. The permit required that they retain 60% of the natural vegetation, thus protecting the wildlife habitat for plants and animals indigenous to this land.
