Working directly with Huneeus Vintners, RSA obtained approval of a use permit for this 180,000-gallon per year winery located on the Silverado Trail. We led the design development and construction planning for the grading and utilities as well as waste disposal and on-site fire protection.
We have obtained a temporary occupancy permit to enable the winery to participate in its first crush even as the construction is being completed. Rising out of the oak-studded backdrop to the vineyards, all of the winery's infrastructure, including the waste disposal ponds, have been successfully camouflaged within and behind the natural hillside.
